Woodland Pond’s Benefit Fund creates an avenue for tax-deductible charitable contributions to be made in honor, or in memory, of any resident, friend, family member or colleague. Partnering with the Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley (CFHV), a 501 (C) (3) organization, your tax-deductible donation ensures enhancement of Woodland Pond’s supportive Independent Living residences, as well as its 5-star rated Health Care Center. Your donation helps support all of the following priorities of the Residents’ Council:

Staff Scholarships

To provide financial support to employees seeking higher education and vocational training.

Program Development

To provide funding for the physical, cultural and intellectual enrichment of the residents.

Physical Plant Development

To provide support for projects designed to enhance the physical Woodland Pond community.

All donations are fully tax-exempt and will be acknowledged by letter from the Community Foundation.

From Our Residents

As we age, we find ourselves living more independently and less isolated than within our own home, with the Wellness Nurse and Resident Director ready to assist if the need arises.
